Traditionally used in Ethiopian beer (Tella, Suwa) and honey wine (Tej). These “stems” are from the highlands of Ethiopia. Our Gesho Kitel (Aroma Hops) are sun-dried, hand-picked, and carefully packaged to seal the freshness and flavor.
These aromatic leaves contain centuries-old brewing tradition and history.
Suggested uses: Tella (subtly flavored beer), Suwa, and Tej
