Role and Responsibilities

1.  NTHBS Representative – You are the face of North Texas Homebrew Supply.  You support and promote our customers and our homebrew and commercial brewing community.

2.  Customer Service – You welcome and engage with customers, assess their needs, and offer relevant options and recommendations.  You prepare and package their orders, ring them up, accurately collect payment, then help them to their vehicle.  You resolve issues quickly and diplomatically.

3.  Problem Solver – You listen, and ask questions.  You take the time to understand where our customer is at and what they’re trying to accomplish.  You provide a short list of relevant good/better/best solutions with pros and cons, and are comfortable asking another team member for help if you don’t know the answer.

4.  Merchandising – You label and present products in the best way possible.  You restock empty displays and bins, and keep the store clean and safe.  You identify products that need to be replaced or re-ordered, and identify new products that should be considered for resale.

5.  Networker – You always look for creative ways to engage both customers and NTHBS in the homebrew and commercial brewing communities.
