1.8 – 2.7 °L – BestMalz – Spelt Malt is an ancient variety of Bavarian wheat with long irregularly-shaped kernels. It contains higher protein levels but lower gluten than wheat malt. Provides a slightly sweet nutty, spicy flavor. Use like wheat malt.
